This is the 3rd study in the rapture series. All the information you need can be found on the books linked below, and also on the previous messages. And, please let me know if you have any questions, or would like to join me for online Bible study. Bible Passages Used to Prove the Rapture: "For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord, will not precede those who have fallen asleep.

For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise first. Then we who are alive and remain will be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air, and so we shall always be with the Lord. " (1 Thessalonians 4:15-17)There is no pre-tribulation rapture in this verse! Why is it used as the main verse to prove the rapture?

I don’t understand this. The word for "caught up" is "harpaso" in the Greek was used in 1 Cor 12:2 when Paul spoke of having being caught up to the 3rd heaven. It simply speaks of the apostle’s experience with being in the Spirit. The same experience is told to us by John, when he writes, I was in the Spirit on the Lord’s day… in Revelation 1:10. It’s the same experience, but pre-tribulation supporters don’t actually understand this."Do not marvel at this; for an hour is coming, in which all who are in the tombs will hear His voice, " (John 5:28)Where do you see any secret rapture on this verse?

What I’m reading actually sounds like a horrific event. His voice will raise the dead! The next verse says the dead … “shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.” How is this secret? "Many of those who sleep in the dust of the ground will awake, these to everlasting life, but the others to disgrace and everlasting contempt. "Those who have insight will shine brightly like the brightness of the expanse of heaven, and those who lead the many to righteousness, like the stars forever and ever. " (Daniel 12:2-3)

Where do you see any secret rapture on this verse? His voice will raise the dead! Again! This agrees with what we just read, the dead … “shall come forth; they that have done good, unto the resurrection of life; and they that have done evil, unto the resurrection of damnation.” (John 5:28). How is this secret? "For since by a man came death, by a man also came the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, so also in Christ all will be made alive. But each in his own order: Christ the firstfruits, after that those who are Christ's at His coming, then comes the end, when He hands over the kingdom to the God and Father, when He has abolished all rule and all authority and power.

For He must reign until He has put all His enemies under His feet. The last enemy that will be abolished is death. For HE HAS PUT ALL THINGS IN SUBJECTION UNDER HIS FEET. But when He says, "All things are put in subjection," it is evident that He is excepted who put all things in subjection to Him. When all things are subjected to Him, then the Son Himself also will be subjected to the One who subjected all things to Him, so that God may be all in all. " (1 Corinthians 15:21-28)

This actually teaches the end of all things at His coming."Behold, I tell you a mystery; we will not all sleep, but we will all be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trumpet; for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised imperishable, and we will be changed. For this perishable must put on the imperishable, and this mortal must put on immortality. " (1 Corinthians 15:51-53)

At the sound of the last trumpet, the end comes. The dead will be raised, it says, incorruptible, meaning, no sign of decay will be seen in their bodies. Then, those who are alive and found in Christ, will then be given the gift of immortality. There is no rapture here. This false doctrine attacks the second coming and gives its believers a false sense of hope.

These people believe they have a seven year probationary period to make things right and be accepted in the Kingdom of God. But! Anyone found in sin at Christ’s second coming, will be destroyed by the brightness of His coming! Don’t get caught up on this lie!!!The Lie?

Most popular teachers today, teach that, immediately after the church has been raptured, or taken, that God’s judgments will fall upon unbelievers. Then they misapply what’s written in John 14:1-3; 1 Thessalonians 4:13-18, which have nothing to do with a secret rapture.
